Contemporary Family Dentistry is looking for a receptionist! We need someone detail-oriented and kind to join our team. Minimum one year medical or dental reception is required. The postion consists of answering phones, taking payments, creating treatment plans, and discussing treatment with patients. Billing and inurance verification are done remotely for you. We have many people to assist you, but, in this postion, you are the face of the office. It is a special job, and we are looking for a special person.
We are a small practice, just one doctor, on Newport Avenue in Bend, Oregon. It is the patient-centered experience that still exists in our small town. We are a fast-paced practice, and we like it that way. All of us come to work because we enjoy working together and doing good dentistry.
As a team member at our office, you should know that we don’t waste time on meetings and quarterly reviews; we just want someone that has the skills and the passion to come to work every day with a positive attitude and a committment to hard work. We are looking for someone long term. This is more than just a job to us, and we want to find someone that wants to be part of our crew. The hours are Mon 10:00am-4:00pm, Tues-Thurs 7:30am-6:00pm, and Fri 10:00am-4:00pm.
