Front Desk Medical Receptionist

We are a medical surgical practice with 2 providers. Responsibility includes but not limited to: Greeting & checking patients in, posting co-pays, collecting outstanding balances, scheduling appointments, Collecting &scanning registration information and Insurance coverage, ability to triage phone calls and take detailed messages, upkeep of the front office and reception area.

Previous medical office experience would be helpful but not required. Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, follow directions and be a team player. Punctuality and cheerful disposition are a must.
