Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

Fulltime evening medical receptionist needed for a medical imaging center. Shift is: 11AM-8PM Mon-Fri. (1 hour lunch) 40+ hour/week. Looking for someone to work flexible hours/shifts and available to work weekends as needed. Minimum 1 year medical experience/terminology required. Multi-task and cross trained capability. Excellent attendance is strongly required as we are an essential medical center, fluent in Spanish/English, excellent communication skills. Needs to be a team player!

Duties: Answer phones, schedule patient appointments, screen and check in patients, obtain insurance eligibility/ benefits/ authorizations, correspondence emails, patient payments, Fax reports to referring doctors, other misc. front office duties.
