SalaryBay Eye Medical Group is looking to add an enthusiastic professional to our team. This position handles the Front Desk and has various medical records duties. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all of our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check in and check out patients
- Screen potential and existing patients by phone and in-person
- Verifies patients insurance
- Schedules patient appointments
- Regular use of computer and EMR system
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate professionalism and patience
- Use sympathy, tact and understanding in dealing with patients, families, physicians and coworkers
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
