Front Desk Receptionist

8 Hour Shifts │8:30AM-5:00PM│Weekends as needed

Arbor Glen Care Center is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing featuring 96 beds located in Glendora, CA. We are looking to fill in the front desk receptionist position for our morning shift. The ideal candidate is friendly and energetic, has great customer service and is well organized.

Duties:

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Pre-screen all visitors and direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
• Assist with administrative duties as directed.

Requirements:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school grade education or its equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment back ground check and physical.
• Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
