The Hampton Inn Stoughton is now hiring for a Front Desk Agent Part Time. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills. Part time hours available.
The salary is $16.50/hour

Job Responsibilities include:
- Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
- Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies
- Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
- Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
- Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest needs
- Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
- Other duties as assigned
