Front Desk Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk member to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

-Open and closing of salon
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check guests in and out of the salon
- Provide information about services, and product
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and employees daily schedules
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Experience:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
