Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome all new families to Andy’s Hub via email/text message and phone call
- Add all inquiries to the client database
- Interview all prospective sitters, and take them through full recruitment process following the recruitment process procedure
- Follow full new family process ensuring they are set up on Sitter Pro correctly and have signed the service agreement
- Maintain Sitter Pro records including keeping track of client preferences in the notes section and recording when the General Client Service Agreement is signed
- Ensure the service partner database for sitting services is consistently updated, and matches the Andy’s Hub website
- Add client requests to Sitter Pro and take overall responsibility to ensure all requests are being filled in a timely manner, by the appropriate service partner
- Be on call to handle last minute cancellations
- Be a brand ambassador for Andy’s Hub and take an initiative to grow our client base and increase revenue
- Request online review when appropriate
Minor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cover for the nannying and tutoring/music coordinators as needed
Qualifications for the job:
- Minimum 1 year experience in childcare industry, ideally in a leadership role
- High school diploma required

Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
