About the Role: CoachUp is opening it's first training facility in Woburn, MA and is looking for a high energy, friendly and responsible professional to help greeting coaches and parents to ensure a high quality training experience.
Duties:
- Represent the CoachUp brand
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about different training services being offered
Experience:
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically and professionally
- Understanding of basic athletic development + coaching terminologies
- Previous experience in a sports environment is a plus!
- Ability to work evenings and weekends required
