SalaryCatherine Hinds Institute is seeking a personable, professional, and reliable, Front Desk Associate. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented and has excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A passion for skin care is a plus!
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for coordinating the Student Public Clinic at the Institute and is knowledgeable about service and product offerings.
This is a part-time position with evening and Saturday availability required.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Greet clients and students
- Book appointments
- Accurately process transactions
- Promptly answer phone calls and customer inquiries
- Adhere to all current Covid 19 protocols
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience required
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Spa/Esthetics experience a plus
