SalaryOur busy Optometry office is looking for a motivated, customer service oriented, Patient Services Representative to join our team.
The Patient Services Representative is responsible for the following:
Greet, screen and check in/out visitors
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
Collect patient paperwork, insurance and privacy forms
Compile and record medical charts and correspondence
Receive payments and post amounts paid to patient accounts.
Must be friendly, professional and a team player. Experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
