  • Responsibilities

    SUMMARY

    This role will support top-tier VIP and PR events, Tom Ford fashion shows, and assist in creating education content to develop the specialists' and Field Executives' artistry skills – strengthening Tom Ford Beauty color sales. This role will lead education, artistry, and service trainings to the FE’s and Specialists to elevate their skills and knowledge. This role will also evaluate the Field’s expertise through certification process and oversee training quality for the brands.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create a quarterly training plan that aligns Field training needs with business goals and Education budget.
    • Train Field Executive on content and delivery of instructor-led Seminars as needed.
    • Evaluate instructor-led training effectiveness of Field Executive and provide development feedback.
    • Assess Field’s training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into field coaching and training.
    • Work with Field Executives to measure impact of trainings on performance & KPI.
    • Educate and inspire teams on our brand story, products, services, and experiences.
    • Partner with Executive Director and Sales Team to execute all training sessions to support new launches, category highlights, and brand events.
    • For Dept Stores specifically: execute trainings to support education & foster engagement within the store to increase brand awareness and boost cross-dept partnership to impact sales.
    • As National/Regional Makeup Artist, responsibilities include; executing brand-elevated and in-market events, co-creating and leading elevated Artistry classes, and coaching Artists, Field Executives, and sales associates.
    • Execute regional events in market
    • Share insights and learnings with Executive Director to increase efficiency of the trainings/programs.
    • Identify opportunities within the Region to attract new clients and deepen existing client’s brand loyalty.
    • Launch and embed regional initiatives and programs aimed at coaching and developing sales associates to maintain high performance, motivation, and retention in stores.
    • Train new hires as well as help veteran employees improve upon existing skills in areas of brand education.
    • Ensure all sales associates are on NALX learning platform in partnering with corporate education team and educate sales associates on the brand’s platform/resources.
    • Champion and steward of Tom Ford Beauty and Balmain Beauty values.
    • Stay up to date on new trends and training tools in employee development.
    • Drive awareness of all sustainability and ID&E initiatives within Region.
    • 40% travel expected

    NATIONAL ARTISTRY

    • Execute VIP elevated events Nationally with a goal of $50,000 or more
    • Represent as the National Make-up artists at Tom Ford fashion shows
    • Co-create and lead elevated Artistry classes, coach Artists, Field Executives, and specialists.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5+ year’s experience facilitating/managing retail/POS stores/counters/regions in luxury business preferably Beauty industry
    • Strong artistry skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Strong facilitation skills Comprehensive knowledge in the area they are training (product, artistry, service experience)
    • Must be able to demonstrate the skills they teach themselves
    • Good personal and observational skills to assess Field understanding and progress;
    • Basic computer skills with ability to work in Excel + PPT
    • Administrative skills and basic budget management

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
