Your Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and answer phone calls promptly.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage.
• Collect and update patient information accurately.
• Communicate appointment reminders and follow-up instructions.
• Assist with administrative tasks and handle patient inquiries professionally.

Ideal Requirements:

• Previous experience in dental office administration.
• Knowledge of dental insurance procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with billing software and financial record keeping.

Office Schedule: Mondays - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
