Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our dental office software (Eaglesoft) - Verify and update patient information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Collect and process payments from patients - Assist with insurance verification and claims processing - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Provide administrative support to the dental office staff as needed Skills: - Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner - Proficient in using dental office software (Eaglesoft) or similar programs - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Joining our team as a Front Desk Receptionist offers an opportunity for career growth within our dental office.
