Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the ER phone system
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out process
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance practices is a plus
- Proficiency in using ER phone systems or similar software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage appointments and patient records

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
