Some of your responsibilities would include:
-Welcoming patients by phone and in person
-Scheduling appointments and making sure our schedule is full
-Obtaining patient's insurance benefit information and entering it into our system
-Handling payments
-Explaining the cost of treatment to our patients
-Following up with patients to schedule treatment
-Making reminder calls
-Providing information to patients, answering their questions and troubleshooting
-Expressing our appreciation for referrals
-Supporting our Office Manager and our other Patient Coordinators
-Marketing Support
This position is full time. 4-5 Days a week.
