West 38th Dental is a private practice on the west side of Indianapolis, IN. We offer a

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist with a passion for dentistry , as well as a love for working with the public. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated, highly organized individual with strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities will include greeting patients and assisting them with scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls and taking messages and verifying insurance benefits. We're seeking a professional who will work well with both members of their professional team as well as with their patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a positive dental experience.
- Know the location of all areas in the office.
- Handle telephone calls and emails professionally and courteously.
- Welcome patients and interact with them to put them at ease.
- Make appointments.
- Greet patients.
- Act as a liaison between patients and dental team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
