As a Senior Data Scientist on our spatial genomics team, you will champion models and workflows to analyse spatial and single cell datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate new analytical methods to process spatial transcriptomics / proteomics / metabolomics datasets
• Develop computational solutions to extract meaningful biological information from complex datasets generated by different spatial-omics technologies
• Implement multi-omics data integration to solve complex problems
• Communicate findings with stakeholders to influence experimental design

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Biology, Statistics, Chemistry or related fields with demonstrated experience in NGS data analysis
• Proficient in R and Python
• Experience in single-cell and spatial genomics data analysis
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex, technical information in a clear and concise manner

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $110,170 – $137,710 yearly. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
