Our priority is to provide our patients with incredible dental care, customer service, and a positive patient experience. Job Duties:
- Welcome patients in a friendly manner
- Answer phones in a pleasant manner
- Creating treatment plans
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Maintaining and optimizing the schedules
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task while maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Requirements:
- 1 year of dental office Front Desk experience
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is helpful but not necessary
- Knowledge of dental insurance
- General Computer skills
- Requires occasional travel to other locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 per week
