We are looking for an individual that is interested in a full-time long-term position in the IT industry as a Executive Assistant Trainee. The position we are hiring for is an Entry Level position. The candidate should be someone with a genuine interest in learning, IT, computers, and technology.
We are looking for someone with interested in a full-time long-term position in the IT industry that is willing to invest the time and energy necessary to learn our companies polices, procedures, and processes in exchange for a guarantee of higher pay after as little as 1 to 2 years with the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the IT department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining IT-related documentation.
- Help with inventory management and procurement of IT equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with management in IT onboarding processes for new hires.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, redirecting them as necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support project managers in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and problem escalation to appropriate team members.
- Help maintain and update the company's IT knowledge base
- Assist in preparing reports, and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in IT team meetings and provide meeting minutes as required.
Requirements:
- Preffered experience (at least 1 years) as an administrative assistant
- Some knowledge of IT concepts, terminology, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a reliable team player.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
