This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executive support, communication, creating expense reports, and administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant
- Masterful in creating expense reports and executing financial tasks with precision
- Excellent executive support
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing duties effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field
- Valid driver's license and able to drive
- Familiarity with Nutritional market and health industry is a plus
- Proficient in Mandarin (speaking & reading) is a plus
