SalaryLive Young Lifestyle is a healthy aging consulting business that has a large social media presence (@LiveYoungLifestyle). We are looking to scale the 1:1 coaching business into a 12 week interactive course with a hybrid of pre-recorded content and live interactive zooms. We are looking for a highly skilled, multi-talented Executive Assistant who can proactively plot a course of action to reach various company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Prepare and edit presentations and other documents
- Work with CEO's personal Assistant to coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items
- Conduct research and compile data for various reports and presentations
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external collaborations
-Assess business landscape and proactively communicate company course of action to enable growth.
Requirements:
-Highly skilled in social media
- Able to shoot social media content for CEO
- Editing skills in cap cut or other editing software
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives
- Proficient in using DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
