JOB SUMMARY
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in legal support or executive assistance? We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have previously worked as a Paralegal or Executive Assistant to an Attorney, particularly those with exposure to real estate legal or property transaction.
Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Temporary employees are hired for a variety of reasons with the most common being:
- Assistance in the place of a regular employee who is absent for a specified period of time
- Additional assistance during periods of abnormal or peak workloads
- Assistance with special projects
- Seasonal work
- Emergencies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a Paralegal or Executive Assistant to an Attorney, particularly those with exposure to real estate legal or property transaction.
Expectations:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Available to assist in the afternoons on select days each week.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous work as a Paralegal or Executive Assistant in a legal or real estate context is highly desirable.

- Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare summaries or action items.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Research and Analysis: Research legal matters, real estate transactions, and industry trends.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle expense reports, invoices, and other administrative duties.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
