Schedule: Full time 7:30am-4:30am
Pay Rate: $16-19/hr DOE
Executive Administrative Assistant/ Business Development Coordinator Summary:
Position Summary:
Seeking a proactive and versatile professional with demonstrated self-starting abilities, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness, for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic work environment. This position primarily supports the VP of Business Development at a thriving Construction Company in Downtown Mobile.
In this position, you will be pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations for the Business Development team, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel accommodations, and maintaining organized schedules, collaborating with the marketing manager to plan events and managing the company's social media presence, planning and scheduling posts.

Executive Administrative Assistant/ Business Development Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the team.
- Act as a self-starter, problem solver, and resourceful team player.
- Efficiently manage the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Business Development team.
- Organize and coordinate events in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Plan and schedule social media posts using platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
Administrative Assistant/ Business Development Coordinator Requirements:
- Proven experience providing clerical support in a fast paced office environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently without constant direction.
Preferred: Ability to design social media posts, this not a mandatory requirement.
