Pay: $16-$17/hour

Responsibilities:
Data Entry/Quoting
- Assign job numbers, research pricing of tools through E2 Shop Software.
- Prepare quotes based upon historical pricing. ...
- Type quotation, send to customer & file folder in its proper location.
- Verify PO matches the quotation for quantity and pricing.
- When order is complete, verify physical quantity accurate to paperwork and prepare packing slips.
Quote Follow-Up
- Engage with customers via email to follow-up on open quotes, in an effort to secure P.O?s.
- Track/log quote acceptance rate and follow up on any lost quotes to identify reason the business was lost.
Shipping/Receiving
- Assist shipping receiving prepare orders for shipment ensuring labels are accurate and match Packing slip.
- Monitor inventory levels of S/R department and notify purchasing via ?pull card? when items need reordered.
Customer Service
- Interact with customers in a positive and friendly manner.
- Follow-up on order status, pricing requests, shipment tracking requests etc.
Perform Other Job Duties as Needed:
- Answer Phones, Process UPS/Fed EX Shipments online, train new employees, maintain customer price lists, engrave tools, ship orders, black oxide and any other duties as requested by Shop Manager.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Ability to work with others in a positive way and as a team player. Understand that our customers need the best service and provide updates about orders especially when jobs are expedited.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma. Minimum of 2 years of office experience. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook.
