RFG Advisory seeks an energetic, diligent, and detail-oriented individual to join our team! This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. This role will be both rewarding and challenging, requiring a diverse skill set and a resourceful attitude. You will have the opportunity to serve as an essential resource for three of our C-Suite Executives and contribute to the success of RFG at the highest level.
We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support three C-suite executives comprehensively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars for three C-suite executives, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation for executives utilizing preferred airlines and hotels as well as analytical reasoning to determine the best available itinerary.
- Plan and execute events, including client events, seminars for advisors and prospects, and internal team meetings.
- Create high-quality presentation decks for events and board meetings, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the scaling of the business, including assisting with project management, research, and other tasks as assigned.
- Handle personal tasks on an as-needed basis.
- Develop relationships with our Advisors.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives in a growth-oriented business.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when creating presentations and other materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with executives, clients, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
