Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant serves as administrative support to three college executives. The role performs a wide variety of administrative assignments pertaining to technology, records management, training, facilities, and systems development. The applicant must demonstrate strong; initiative and problem-solving abilities; written and oral communication skills; workload prioritization practices; time management skills; and attention to detail. The incumbent must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

In this fast paced and dynamic environment, this position will act with a high degree of initiative, independence and responsiveness. Assignments and tasks may be sensitive and/or confidential. The incumbent represents ICHS in a professional manner, maintains a high level of discretion, and uses tact and good judgment. The incumbent must have strong time management and organizational skills; and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Schedule flexibility as some evening and weekends may be required.
