- Associate degree.
- Five (5) years of related experience.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, prioritize workloads under critical timelines, manage details, and work independently.
- Proficiency with software products including Microsoft Office products for use in collaboration, data analysis, report generation, presentations and project management.
- Experience in organizing and leading projects.
- Experience with analyzing and solving organizational and managerial issues.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with staff and external constituents.
- Bachelor’s degree in related area.

- Experience supporting executives.
- Writing Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from prospective and current employees, and groups of managers.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
