5:00 Am Breakfast Host(Ess)

Qualifications

• Work in the morning from 5:00AM to 11:00 AM to successfully carry out all duties
• Must be outgoing and personable, seeking to garner guest feedback, resolve issues and make the manager aware of any issues discovered
• Wear the proper uniform at all times
• High School Graduate or GED
• Experience in a similar position preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Communicate with the Chef at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide a delicious complimentary breakfast to our guests in the morning is paramount to creating a great hotel experience
• The breakfast attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and taking down the breakfast buffet
• Work in the morning from 5:00AM to 11:00 AM to successfully carry out all duties
• Cook all breakfast foods to satisfaction
• Interact with every guest encountered in a positive manner
• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests however busy and whatever time of the day
• Maintain a working relationship with all departments
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Uphold the hotels commitment to genuine hospitality
• Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules
• Attend weekly Huddle meetings and training sessions as necessary
