Job Duties:
Manages and maintains executives schedules.
Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and report to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including fax and email.
Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
Greets visitors and determines whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Prepares response to correspondence containing routine inquires.
Performs general office duties such as ordering suppliers, maintain records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Makes travel arrangements for executives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1-2 years of MS Office experience, efficient keyboarding and interaction across organization in all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative assistance experience. 2-4 years of MS Office experience, efficient keyboarding, and interaction across organization in all levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
