Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant for Square Pegs Connect: A Non-profit organization working with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. This position will provide administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
