Executive Administrative And Financial Assistant

Executive Administrative and Financial Assistant needed for busy non-profit. College degree is very helpful in this growth position. A High School Diploma with relevant experience is required. This position is a day-time position and is a hybrid, remote position. The necessary skills and experience listed below are required for this job.

Skills:

Remote work experience a plus

Excellent spelling, grammar and business writing skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint a must

Quickbooks experience a plus

Canva experience a plus

Experience in database management a plus

Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Excellent verbal communication

Excellent organizational skills

Financial or bookkeeping background a plus

Program management skills

Volunteer management skills

Must be experienced with all Microsoft Word Programs, internet and cloud based programs as well as a life-long learner willing to learn through videos and in-person

Must be a problem solver

Typical start time:

• 8-9 AM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
