Based in our Orlando National Headquarters, this position is key to the success of dnata. It requires a highly organized person with a full range of administrative and executive support experience. You must have exceptional communication skills and be a problem solver with impeccable attention to detail. You should be comfortable following a routine, but also be a person who can move at a fast pace, prioritize many different tasks, and never miss a deadline.
- Be the Gatekeeper of all communications, schedules, and projects for our CEO.
- Develop and master a general understanding of the business to provide proactive administrative support.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and confidentiality in the handling of all communications.
- Maintain schedule, handle appointments and meetings using MS Teams. Update calendar and schedules for CEO.
- Possess strong Executive Administrative Assistant skills including typing, composing, revisions, proofreading, edits, and distribution of memos, as well as organizing reports, letters, presentations and internal/external communications.
- Administer projects by filing, organizing, documenting, formatting, and following up using shared group software.
- Familiarize and utilize common operational software used by the company.
- Provide administrative support to departments, assist team with travel and support correspondence functions.
- Must be adept in handling multiple, high-energy personalities and be able to multitask with minimal guidance.
- Must be highly organized, focused, and possess strong intuitive attention to detail.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and have extensive experience in high-level leadership support.
- Must be able to multitask and be able to proactively facilitate appropriate action.
- Must have high degree of working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, strong Excel skills, Word, Power Point and Teams.
- Assists in the arrangement of company functions, events, and activities.

- Minimum of 5 Years of Previous Executive Administrative Experience
- Must have excellent computer skills/knowledge
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience dealing with all levels of the business
- Must be detail oriented, proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Must possess strong time management skills
