SalaryRequirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role.
- Plan travel arrangements.
- Track expense reports, etc.
- Need to onboard and offboard employees,
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to coordinate complex calendars and schedules.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
