Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant provides timely and effective professional support including administrative to the Office of the President, enhancing executive's effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Highly skilled professional providing a wide range of support including exceptional administrative and clerical support to the Office of the President.
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Prepares for and regularly attends meetings, records meeting minutes , preparing and circulating minutes as needed; represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive and effectively follows up as may be required.
- Welcomes guests and sponsors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability and desire to work a project to completion meeting and or exceeding timeline deliverables.
- Demonstrate and drive the Ancillare mission, values and strategy.
- Participate and contribute positively to process improvement initiatives.
- Travel as may be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred will consider equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years' prior administrative support reflecting increasing responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
