We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
```Duties:```
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to attendees
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
-Coordinate with accounting office for documents for onboarding new team members
-Create excel documents
-Plan events for the company
```Skills:```
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or Executive Administrative assistant is preferred
- Ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Professional command of English with proper grammar in all forms of communication
- Exceptional customer service skills
