You have at least 5+ years of Executive Administrative and team support experience, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization. Your excellent communication skills, thoroughness and heightened attention to detail will be key towards managing complex calendaring and organizing intricate travel plans and meeting logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to join Infineon as a Senior Executive Assistant reporting to the President of Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. In this role, you will provide C-suite support to our President who is responsible for over 5000 employees located across 29 sites in the Americas region that includes the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
In your new role you will:
- Coordinate and manage complex business travel including visa preparation when required
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
- Prepare PRAWs/POs as necessary to support various activities and reconcile invoices/payments in a timely manner. Coordinate contracts with the purchasing and legal departments
- Organize and manage high profile meeting logistics —for on-site and off-site meetings
- Join regularly Executive Staff Meetings, take minutes a nd follow-up on open action items
- Manage internal online collaboration iShare sites and distribution lists for the Executive Staff
- Learn and abide by the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct
- Provide a “premium” service level of work by being proactive, positive, using active listening, confirming expectations, taking ownership, managing time, following up on priorities, anticipating needs and going the extra mile to support your Executive
- Prepare and manage documents, packages and letters for mailing and shipments
- Communicate with third-party vendors for events (social, trainings)
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of Executive Administrativeand team support experience
- Organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx) and adept knowledge in latest technology and social media/collaboration tools . Emphasis on proficiency in Outlook calendaring and Outlook inbox management
- Proficient in domestic & international travel coordination is a must. Experience with Concur travel booking tool (or similar on-line travel agency booking tool) and Concur expense reporting tool (or similar electronic expense reporting tool) is a must
- Must exhibit high degree of time management, organization and problem-solving skills and possess the ability to manage changing priorities in very quick-paced environment
- Important to be a disciplined self-starter with ability to operate with minimal supervision; must be comfortable exercising independent judgment when completing assignments
- Discernment in dealing with highly confidential information is essential
- Flexibility and availability outside standard work hours when required as communication with global colleagues sometimes requires responses early morning/late evening California time
- Limited travel may be required to support offsite workshops, projects & events
- Location: San Jose, CA in a hybrid work culture
- Fluency in the English language. Fluency in the German language a plus

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $104,800 salary per year
Maximum of $144,100 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
