Event Coordinator

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our collaborative team! You will be responsible for organizing important event details as a part of a global events group. This is a great opportunity to learn the events industry, grow your career in event tech.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate event registration and housing for group events
• Manage event support chat and event email inbox
• Provide excellent service and creative solutions for clients
• Oversee build out of hybrid event platform and mobile app
• Own master transportation itineraries for VIPs and Executives
• Facilitate on-site registration check-in and on-demand badge printing system
• Manage session attendance tracking program
• Guide registration staff during event as team lead

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn event technology tools & housing block management
• Project managing skills and tenacity for data problem solving
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well remotely and in teams
• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality a plus

This is an opportunity for freelance remote work on a contract basis. This project will require paid travel for site visits and events. You must have your own computer, reliable WIFI, cell phone and workspace for remote work.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
