We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for an Operations Manager to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within the next three years.

About The Position

iRestore is looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the entire e-commerce supply chain, from order processing and inventory management to logistics and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and similar marketplaces with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central
• Strategize and lead projects for marketplace growth and expansion (e.g., Seller Fulfilled Prime, Amazon EU/AUS/DK expansion)
• Oversee Amazon listing A+ content, optimization, CRO, and other marketing efforts
• Own account health and performance notifications and serve as the primary contact for key escalations
• Partner with our operations team to track and maintain inventory 
• Partner with our operations team to maintain and improve the workflow for logistics and inbound shipments
• Own inventory management and shipping plans in Amazon and work with our supply chain team to book FBA shipments into Amazon
• Lead listing/ASIN configuration and setup in Amazon for new SKUs and optimize existing SKUs for conversion and listing health
• Lead and manage marketplace operations/marketing team
  • Manage Amazon ops, customer review, and marketing support team (6-12 month transition)
  • Establish and maintain controls, processes, and SOPs for the team operation in Amazon, as multiple team members will work on the account/listings
  • Establish OPKs/KPIs and roles and responsibilities for all marketplace team members
• Support product research efforts and work with the product development team on new products

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Project management experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• At a minimum five years of progressive experience as an Operations Manager
• A self-starter mentality with the energy, drive, and determination to accomplish the goals of the project through multi-tasking, setting priorities and milestones
• An intimate ability to recommend a system to streamline how we do things to improve efficiency
• The ability to communicate effectively with the executive team in a simple yet effective manner
• A strong bias towards execution. We don’t babysit here at iRESTORE, and as a project manager, you must help convey this to the rest of our team
• A desire to get your hands dirty in a small company where your work matters
