SalaryGreen Bean Battery was built around the core of creating a reliable reconditioned hybrid vehicle battery and extending the hybrid battery life. Since our humble beginnings, we have grown to create a proprietary hybrid battery reconditioning process that puts our hybrid batteries in a league of their own.
We are currently looking for Production Tech's for our Pittsboro, NC facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lift heavy material repeatedly throughout the day
- Assist with disassembly of hybrid batteries
- Assist with building hybrid batteries
- Assist with inventory organization
- Stack and organize product
- Maintain general cleanliness and safety of the production facility
- Work in full compliance of federal, state, and local law in regards to HAZMAT and heavy equipment operation
- Other tasks may be assigned as needed
Pay and Available Benefits:
- Pay starting at $17/hour
- Benefits start after 30 days:

- Previous production experience is preferred
- Previous vehicle mechanic knowledge preferred
- Previous experience using Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to lift 80 lbs unassisted several times throughout the day
- Willing and able to complete a background check
