The Opportunity:

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the eCommerce Analytics and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic initiatives to enhance our supply chain operations in dotcom business. Your primary focus will be managing the end-to-end eCommerce operation to elevate post-purchase client experience while managing cost.


You will act as a key liaison for FSC team (business/IT/finance), distribution center, parcel carriers and 3rd party providers. Your role is essential to identify and drive improvements in client experience, operational efficiency, and cost savings for Sephora.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of eCommerce Operations & Return Management
    • Establish and maintain monthly operational waterfall management with operation and finance teams
    • Provide Daily/Weekly Dashboards: develop and deliver KPI results focused on driving sales, reducing costs, and ensuring best in class client service/experience
    • Own end-to-end return management and hold-at-location program governance with cross functional partners
    • Support financial budget planning. Manage and control cost while ensuring positive customer experience


  • Responsible for day-to-day management of client experience
    • Track and deliver on client promise commitment
    • Develop and deliver key eCommerce KPIs. Investigate and share performance drivers with leadership team as needed and ensure accountability in addressing service failures
    • Support and reduce NCR/IR to improve client satisfaction for Sephora last miles delivery program with carriers and client service team. Drive first attempt delivery improvements and maximize claims recovery for lost parcels
    • Partner with 3rd party software providers and carriers to elevate and track real time client experience


  • Other Responsibilities
    • Support Supply Chain/company strategy and development across Product Development, Omni-Channel fulfillment & Return Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of seasonal events by sharing shipping insights, deadlines, and transit analysis
    • Drive the development, implementation, and documentation of essential processes within your team


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of in-depth knowledge and expertise in Supply Chain Management, Analytics and/or Operations
  • Advanced data cleansing and reporting skills. Strong foundations in operation data engineering (parcel shipping preferred)
  • Commitment to problem solve using data. Experience in modeling and optimization skills
  • Expertise in dealing with ambiguity and making independent decisions about what data and approach is best for the task at hand
  • Experience in fast paced environment
  • Ability to influence, inspire, motivate, and negotiate at multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%) and on standby during peak/holiday periods
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance

The annual base salary range for this position is $111,690.00 - $124,830.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
