Site Supervisor

Tally Construction is looking for a responsible team leader to join our team for the position of Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing crews to plan and execute successful projects in painting and drywall installation.

Responsibilities:

• Daily plan, organize, and schedule activities of the crew to achieve each project’s objectives.
• Check in deliveries and ensure property material is delivered.
• Plans and coordinates the receiving of incoming materials and driving to the supply stores to pick up materials for crews as needed.
• Responsible for the Quality of the finished product.
• Is responsible for the organization and cleanliness at the end of each day.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s safety policies and operational guidelines.
• Report to the Management on progress and discuss any issues that you or the crews may need assistance with.

Qualifications

• Prior painting and drywall experience is a plus.
• Strong people skills and ability to organizational ability required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders.
• Valid/clean Driver's License.
