Role Overview: As the Web & Ecommerce Manager at Skout's Honor, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our website capabilities, ecommerce performance and user experience. You'll be responsible for leading our ecommerce optimization roadmap, spearheading site redesign efforts, and working closely with both internal and external marketing, sales & ops teams to ensure a flawless online experience. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a growth mindset who is ready to drive our online presence forward.
DETAILS: This job is full-time, in office, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ecommerce websites to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Implement new features and troubleshoot bugs to support business objectives.
- Optimize the site for SEO and oversee website performance, focusing on fast loading times, site architecture, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage content updates, ecommerce integrations, and digital customer experiences, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Drive A/B testing and other online testing methodologies to improve conversion rates and average order value.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to align digital strategies and enhance brand experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in web development, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our ecommerce platform.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record in enhancing online shopping experiences.
- Expertise in Shopify, including theme customization, app integration, and API integration.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jquery.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and the ability to implement effective solutions based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot
- A deep understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to a non-technical audience.
