Duties:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Create and update documents using various software programs
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents
- Assist with data management and records retention
- Collaborate with team members to improve document management processes
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in using document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with file formats and conversion methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform technical writing and proofreading tasks
