Experience / Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but, not required
- 2 years plus experience in Document Control
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Principle contact with customer on data submittals.
· Responsible for the scan, imaging, organizing, and maintaining documents.
· Creation of final data books and/or files/cds.
· Uploading and downloading of information from customer websites.
· Management of the final order files.
· Scanning of supplier and engineering data for submittal or record keeping.
· Maintenance of binders, filing systems, printers and faxes
· Respond directly to customer requests by providing a multitude of documents including but not limited to product specifications, certifications, continual guarantee
· Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
· Perform other duties as required by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
