SalaryAmazing office in Waterbury, CT is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist. This is a full-time position that will include some Saturday hours. We are looking for an exceptional and career-minded individual who would be the first line of customer service for all of our patients and visitors. *Dental experience is required.*
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs Friday 7:30-3pm; Wednesday 12-7pm; and Every other Sat 9am-3pm
Pay is: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
Capabilities/Skills:
- 2 years of experience working in a dental office
- Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)
- Experience answering telephones with a fantastic and helpful attitude
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- High School degree or equivalent is required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge is required
- Dental software experience is preferred
- Experience in a sales environment is preferred but not required
