We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with personal assistant duties for executives as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for medical receptionist positions
