- Answering and directing phone calls, using multi-line phone systems
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Maintaining hygiene and doctor schedule
-Collecting patient payments
-Scheduling appointments and maintaining hygiene schedule
-Confirming appointments
-Registering and monitoring New patient records
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Maintaining Hygiene Schedule, collecting payments, calling and confirming patient appointments.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dental office or receptionist role preferred
