SalaryOur office is a fast-paced, two doctor dental practice that sees around 70 patients/day. We strive to make each patient feel known and comfortable. We are family friendly and conservative. The ideal candidate has to have dental experience, Eaglesoft experience (preferred), able to multi-task, and exude a warm and friendly personality. Must have managerial experience in the dental field.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Greeting/checking patients in
Checking patients out
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Managing reminder software
Posting payments
Checking insurance benefits/eligibility
Auditing patient statements
Managing employees and their schedules (time off/sick days/etc)
Oversee the schedule from a big-picture mind-set
Manage collection accounts
The position will require a schedule similar to the following:
Monday - 7am-5pm
Tuesday - 7am-5pm
Wednesday 10am-7pm
Thursday 10am-7pm
Every other Friday 8-12pm
