Data Entry Clerk

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems. This is a crucial role that ensures the integrity and accuracy of our data. Responsibilities: - Enter data into our systems with speed and accuracy - Verify and correct data entries as needed - Collect data from various sources and transcribe it into electronic format - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data - Assist with basic math calculations as required - Generate reports using pivot tables and other tools - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files Qualifications: - Proven experience in Data Entry or related administrative roles - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data - Basic math skills for calculations and data verification - Familiarity with file management systems and practices - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision We offer competitive pay rates for this position.
